July 23: They just keep coming back!Many of our clients have continued to return to NuViu for custom design and development solutions. We wanted to know why.
We asked our returning clients, and an equal number of "one time" clients to see what it was that kept them coming back, or what prevented them from returning. Here are the results:
Of those who returned often:
- 73% indicated that our "we'll take care of it for you" attitude was their top reason for returning
- 96% said that they appreciated our unique attitude of providing recommendations based on their real needs, and not based on our making a sale
Of those that worked with us only once or twice, and never returned:
- 82% said that the only reason for not returning was because they needed only a single job done
Note: of that 82%, 98% indicated that they would come back if they needed another job in our skill set; the other 2% decided to turn their work over to another local agency because we were not local to them, and they wanted one-on-one contact
- 15% said that technology doesn't play an important enough role in their business, and they're not interested in pursuing any further development or design programs
- 3% said they were unhappy with the service, but each one neglected to indicate why, even when requested.
