NuViu's Media Management Service Plans (MMSPs) are special document and graphics management and development plans for your business. |

Covering everything from document editing to digital media design and printing, Media Management covers every aspect of file creation and maintenance for the digital age. An MMSP provides services for creating, editing and publishing any digital or traditional media for your business.
For small businesses, the cost of incidental fees for preparing documents for online or printed use is often very difficult to budget. Paying a thousand dollars here, and two thousand dollars there to have material designed and published is hard for budgeting, and often results in a lack of funds to prepare the material necessary over the course of a fiscal year. MMSPs offer a regulated service plan so that you can easily budget for your annual publication expenses.

The following are our standard billing rates for certain services and how those rates compare to prepaying through an MMSP. All of the plans below offer "time forwarding" of up to two months of service.

Additional Information
- All plans require a minimum 6-month commitment, prepaid in 3-month intervals prior to the beginning of each 3-month period.
- After the initial 6-months, additional time is renewed monthly.
- The initial 6-month committment is non-refundable. Additional months are refundable only up to the next period, if the plan is cancelled before the beginning of each billing period.
How It Works
Typically, when we quote on a project, we need to take a number of factors and variables into consideration. This helps to cover the overhead costs of the service. Many clients also prefer to know that the quoted amount will match the invoiced amount. Sometimes, additional charges may apply, but those are presented before they are incurred, and there is always the option to deny the extra service. However, many clients want a number of different items developed, or require more regular use of our services. The process of quoting per project, and trying to secure the budget can often be frustrating and time consuming. MMSPs essentially offer the same services at a regulated rate.
Let's say, for example, that you need four different full-page flyers designed, and based on our estimate it will take about 15 hours each. Our quote would usually be around $4,800 for the design. Prepaying for the design, and spreading the time out over the 6-month minimum requirement allows us to better to manage our time, and spreads your budget out more evently. Rather than having to respond to incidental calls and requests, we simply allocate a specific amount of time each month that is reserved just for you, which reduces our overhead costs. A prepaid plan for 6 months, for the total of 60 hours would provide 10 hours a month at $40/hr. The result would be a total bill of $2,400, instead of $4,800. In fact, if you only needed two flyers designed, you'd pay the same rate, but you would have an additional 30 hours of time available to you for other design work if you wanted to make use of it. It's like having a designer on staff, without needing to pay a consultant's rates!
